New Kiehl’s service

Kiehl's store reopens on May 11, and in order to maintain a level of safety for customers and employees, the CALL & COLLECT program has been launched. What does that really mean? Two telephone lines are available daily from 10am - 5pm. They can book products but also get personalized product recommendations and routines.

Reserved products will be waiting for each packaged in the store from May 11th or any other date agreed by telephone. In this way, staying in the store is minimized. Each reserved package with value over 400,00 kn will be presented with 2 mini products, cosmetic bag and 3 samples, and 1 mini product and 3 samples with each package below 400,00 kn.
